I think like an
engineer.
I design like a
human.
I started as a software engineer and moved into design because I realised the hardest problems aren't technical — they're human. Eight years later, I work at the intersection of both.
At Toddle, I operate across design, product management, and technical communication simultaneously — building systems that serve teachers, families, students, and school administrators across international schools worldwide.
I use AI tools — specifically Claude — as a core part of how I work: for research synthesis, documentation, PRD authoring, tooling, and design system building. Not as a shortcut, but as a multiplier. It's changed what one designer can do alone.
